Subject: the rock nightclub permit
To Whom it May Concern -
I live in the Marigold area and have to say I have NO concern whatsoever with live music being played at the
new Rock Brewery near the Airport.
I should point out that whoever is coordinating this effort against the entertainment has blanketed our area of
hundreds of homes with propaganda against this as so far you have had a couple of dozen people voice
concerns. Seems like most people (including me) don't care and would actually enjoy the entertainment
without having to go in to downtown SLO.
As is usually the case, people blow these things way out of proportion without real information and throw out
the "inebriated patron" argument to show you need to keep everyone safe. Nonsense! If that were the case you
would have to close down the entire downtown area along with numerous other venues.
Let the music play!!
