Hi Christine and Maeve,
Great job on the bylaws update and report, nice and clear about what is being changed! I just had a couple of very
minor questions/suggestions/comments I thought I'd ask about ahead of time, typo kind of things. Procedurally I don't
know if this means I'd need to pull the item or what; I ask your and Katie's suggestions on how to handle the item if you
think any of my comments need further attention. They are very minor so perhaps you can just tell me not to worry
about them and we'll just ignore them.:)
Anyway --
Page C5-2, Jack House. Near the bottom third of the page it says (NOT new language) "Members are required to be
residents and registered voters of the City." I was surprised to read that members need to be registered voters, this
seems unusual and I was just wondering where it comes from; is it from the original grant deed? I fine with it the way it
is, I am just curious.
Page C5-3, Parks & Rec. Wouldn't the language be more clear if it said "Regular meetings... each month at 5:30
p.m., except during the MONTH OF THE annual tour of the City's parks and facilities."
Page C5-4, PCC. Under Article 2, Membership, the second sentence says "The seventh member shall be the chair of the
Tourism Improvement District (TBID) Board..." Shouldn't it be the Tourism BUSINESS Improvement District?
