The city's general plan calls for uses of this type to be located in the downtown area, please don't alter the city's general plan. I feel that the 4 of you listened to a wealthy businessman and not the families living out here who will be greatly impacted by this project. I believe the traffic and congestion of 600 people attending/leaving a concert on highway 227/Tank Farm will negatively affect the area. And then the driver who has consumed too much alcohol exiting onto 227 is a disaster waiting to happen. I still think we will be able to hear the concert goers/concert even if it is being designed to prevent us from hearing them. My husband and I hear everything happening at night at the airport -we hear the construction and jack hammers to the noise a truck makes as it backs up "beep, beep, beep" I remember when we could hear the dogs barking when Woods Humane Society used to be located out by the airport. I think we will still be able to hear what is happening at SLO Brew at 855 Aerovista Place. Please, on Tuesday night, do not alter the city's general plan. -Jennifer Hilty Poinsettia St.
