SOCIAL CHANNELS
In March, we continued our focus on driving traffic to the website for downloads and promote the new features
showing the ease of use and look of the new update. We also launched a SLO Film Fest contest that attracted
212 entries/emails. For Q4 advertising, we obtained PCC approval to expand the Facebook budget and to add
Instagram ads to the media mix. As per the media strategy, the ad focus is on local geo-targeted ads and mobile
users, with spectacular results continuing from those efforts. We also received approval to expand App event
curation effective adding 67 new events. In addition to the event
curation, we continue to post upcoming events, promotions and local
information, optimize the campaigns and provided quick response
engagement, incrementally growing all channels. With the new app’s update and launch
promotion (including the new video), we continue to see exceptional results overall with our
promotional strategies and targeted execution. We launched Instagram ads mid-March and
have increased the overall ad spend for the duration of the contracted service terms. We are
getting great feedback from app users that they love and USE the app (and the data proves it).
