I am opposed to allowing an exemption from environmental review for the proposed development of 5 Multiple Family Units. Ferrini Road is a main artery for traffic to and from the Pacheco Elementary School and other multiple family dwellings. It's also a connector road to the entrance to Cal Poly which has its own plans for expansion. There has been no recent study of environmental impact on this street and these multiple family units will add considerable traffic to an already busy street. There will also be an inevitable overflow of parking. Failure to evaluate the impact of these dwellings could bring about unforeseen hazards.
