PL- Meeting: ii//' Meetin : Ob - d1- IlY RECEIVED 9• CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO Lomeli, Monique Item: TfD I JUN 0 3 2016 Subject: RE: CHC correspondence in the Adv. Body email box. ' COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Thanks so much for responding. Unfortunately I am just getting ready to leave SLO for a month. One of the reasons I wanted to talk was because I will not be able to attend the CHC meeting on 6/27 when 71 Palomar is on the agenda. I'll write a letter to CHC so we are on record opposing this project. One question that I would like the CHC commissioners to ask of the owners of 71 Palomar (if this is within your purview) is: Have they ever tried to find a buyer who would have the vision and resources to commit to a rehabilitation of the Sandford House and grounds? Thanks for your thoughtful consideration of this proposed project.
