Thanks so much for responding.
Unfortunately I am just getting ready to leave SLO for a month. One of the reasons I wanted to talk was because I will
not be able to attend the CHC meeting on 6/27 when 71 Palomar is on the agenda.
I'll write a letter to CHC so we are on record opposing this project.
One question that I would like the CHC commissioners to ask of the owners of 71 Palomar (if this is within your purview)
is:
Have they ever tried to find a buyer who would have the vision and resources to commit to a rehabilitation of the
Sandford House and grounds?
Thanks for your thoughtful consideration of this proposed project.

Hi Tess and Dan,
My name is Jaime Hill, and I am currently the chair of our CHC. Brian said that you were
interested in speaking with members of the committee about 71 Palomar? I'd be happy to
speak with you if still needed.
Best,
