Subject: Cultural Hertitage Committee: Sandford House @ 71 Palomar Item;
To Members of the Cultural Hertitage Committee,
My family and I have lived on Ramona Dr. for the last ten years and we have enjoyed the presence of the Sanford House
and property. We have enjoyed the stately presence of it's historic architecture, mature trees, and open space. We
would like to see the development of the property maintain those qualities. However, the current development plans
seem to fall short of maintaining and highlighting the historic significance of the house and property. The revised plans
are still not respectful of the historical significance of the property. The plan to remove the trees from the property, the
planned size and number of the apartments, and the moving of the Sandford House all come at the expense of cultural
heritage.
Thank you,
Kit Gould
