P l ease vote to oppose the deve 7opmen t of a 33 unit apartment
bui 7ding at 71 Pa 7omar. Moving the historic home to a different
7oca ti on on the property (as p T anned in the proposed deve 7opment )
goes against the recommenda t i ons in the secretary of the
Interior's Guidelines and standards that address moving a Master
Listed Historic bui 7ding from its original foundation.
The beauti fu 7 and mature trees on the property as we 7 7 as the
scenic view from the site are i rrep 7a ceab 7e . They wi 7 7 be lost
and gone forever if this property is developed as planned.
Please vote to retain the heritage of our be loved city by not
jeopardizing the integrity of an historica 7 home.
