I am completely opposed to building apartments on the Sandford property. There is no room for parking as it is and traffic
on Serrano is already a problem along with Broad St. in our area. This would diminish the Historic property and
completely detract from our neighborhood There is plenty of other land available to build property..... why would
anyone want to cramp more in to our already crowded neighborhood. The poor children have no place to play.
