Work on the ADA Curb Ramps has recently finished and is almost finished drawing down funds. As of May 31, 2016, the Women’s Shelter has officially withdrawn from their CDBG award due to budget constraints and prevailing wage stipulations. City and County staff are currently working with the Women’s Shelter on possible future projects or the need to reallocate funding to another project. 3 2015 CDBG Program Year Quarterly Report For the period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016 1. County of San Luis Obispo CDBG Administration allocation per 15 -17 Agreement: $60.594. Total CDBG Program year= $466,109 Narrative-Status of Approved Activities Subrecipient agreements and environmental review has been completed by the County of San Luis Obispo for the 2015 CDBG projects. CAPSLO has recently submitted invoices and funds will be drawn down starting next quarter. HASLO closed escrow on the 860 On the Wye site during Quarter 1 of 2016 and all funds were drawn down at that time through the County. Funds were completely drawn down for CDBG Administration during this quarter. During this quarter, the City’s Public Works department prepared to advertise for bids for the upcoming ADA curb ramp project. 4 2016 CDBG Program Year Quarterly Report For the period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016 1. The County is currently preparing environmental clearances and initiating subrecipient agreements with each project. Due to the 2015-17 Subrecipient Agreement with the City and the County, no further quarterly reports are needed from the City itself for 2016 funded projects as each individual project will update the County quarterly on their progress.
