My name is Ryan Adams. I live in Paso Robles and work in San Luis Obispo. As a Cal Poly
graduate, I am concerned with the poor living conditions maintained by many of the rentals in
San Luis Obispo. Furthermore, the lack of housing for students and impacted housing
inventory in SLO, puts SLO housing out of reach for many young professional and families.
Upon review of the plans, I support this project. It provides much needed housing with an
opportunity to restore and reintegrate a historical asset into our community. I urge you to
support this project.
