Being in real estate, I understand first hand the supply and demand shortage that exists withiin our community in both the rental and purchase markets. While in am aware there are sensitive issues with relation to the historical resource on site, further neglect to the structure will likely lead to its demise in the coming years. Once that resource is gone, the lot will be open to higher density development well beyond the current applicant's submittal. Please use this opportunity to make an intelligent choice to preserve the historical asset within our community by granting the current applicant approval for this conservative project. Additionally, you will be allowing for housing units for both affordable and market rate units which will contribute to reducing the frenzied demand. It is unsustainable for our community and we need to stabilize our local housing situation one project at a time. I believe in our community, adhering to our current zoning ordinances is key in preserving the community as it has been designed by our predecessors. I am in support of this project and welcome the economic impact as well as the aesthetic improvements to the existing site. Thank you for your consideration, DANNY SULLIVAN broker / owner 956 Walnut, Suite 200A San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 3{ 5.704.3335 ■ slocoasthumesUgmal.com BREN:0'1411945
