Item:
I know the city is required to send a notice by mail to surrounding neighbors of a project before the board. Regarding
the meeting tonight on the low income housing at Serra Meadows, I am next door to the property(closed escrow over
two weeks ago) and did not receive a notice. I know there are many others nearby who also have not and the houses
DIRECTLY across from the development are in escrow with large deposits on their homes(which are non-refundable) and
they have no idea this meeting is happening.
Just wanted to point this out. Seems unfair they aren't able to attend and share their views as they are arguably the
most affected and have no idea this is being put before the board today.
