Dear CHC Committee Members,
PLEASE honor the guidelines to limit the building to the allowed height:
2 stories, sometimes 3.
PLEASE consider this building borders the creek.
PLEASE consider the creek side is inhabited by residents on Dana Street.
If this is not a personal concern for you, please think of the residents you
are representing.
PLEASE be aware that living in this town (Dana St. residents) has as much importance as
doing business and that residents should be protected when possible.
In this case, noise could be considerable and conditions should be placed on the building,
site, design and developer to buffer residential use in existing neighborhoods.
