This is a new sorority for Cal Poly and being such, have a relatively small membership to date. Through advise from Cal Poly and other established sororities in the City, Alpha Gamma Delta have prepared a much more detailed description of the use of the facility in the attached letter for your reference. Please note that Cal Poly has an established bus transportation service from campus to off campus sites exclusively for recruitment activities. Alpha Gamma Delta will be utilizing this bus service so there should be negligible impact on parking in the neighborhood for the larger 'special events'. In addition, it will be the policy of the Sorority to direct all members attending on site activities to either walk, bike or be dropped off on site. Please review the attached letter and a representative from their organization will be on hand to answer any additional questions you may have. Regards Frances Fan Gibbs Principal Pults & Associates.
