Dear SLO City Council,
I recently had the opportunity to review the architectural drawings for the 22 Chorro St. mixed use project and I have
to say I was pleasantly surprised. The arrangement is forward -thinking and aesthetically sound. It looks similar to the
Mix on Monterey St. where I frequently go for lunch.
Please note my support of this project as a local builder (RGC Building and Design) and long-time resident of San Luis
Obispo (since 1989, during the pre-Oprahanian era).
