Dear Council Members,

This project should be allowed to move forward. This is the right project, the right density, the right height and
the right design for this location and is designed to the cities specific and special requirements for this site. Not
allowing this project to move forward is a disservice to the planning that has already been done and approved
by a majority of the residents of San Luis Obispo.
Infill development is the only opportunity the city has to build housing with the smallest environmental
footprint possible and should be supported and encouraged, not discouraged by a handful of vocal opponents
simply for sake of "no change". Luckily, we have strict codes and reviews governing this type of development
and I look forward to your cooperation in building the success of our city!
Respectfully,
Truitt Vance
