It would be a shame to let the turf fields be destroyed for lack of water, as well as costly to re-establish the turf when the drought ends. Please also consider the severe impact the loss of these fields would have, even temporarily, on the numerous youth & adult recreational sports that use the turf fields. I have already let all of the grass turf at my home die to conserve water, plus other conservation efforts. Using some of the water savings from conservation efforts from citizens to keep the city's turf fields in acceptable shape is a worthwhile trade in my opinion. Thank you for considering my input.
