We never received confirmation of the receipt of our email. Our concerns with the proposed project are limited to the cited impacts on our property. We have the following two concerns about the Application: 22 Chorro Street (USE -2882-2016): 1) Our property is located downslope from the Application and is already subject to excessive rainwater runoff, prior to the proposed construction at 22 Chorro Street. Our concern is that the existing infrastructure will not be adequate to control additional runoff resulting from the proposed development. We ask that the Planning Commission ensure that any potential increase in runoff is taken into consideration in any impact assessment so as not to adversely affect our property more than what it now endures. 2) There will be an increase in traffic on Chorro from the new development at 22 Chorro Street due to the location of the proposed vehicle access to the development. For reasons of public and personal safety to pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists, we will therefore expect approval to re -landscape our property to create space for vehicles to normally enter or exit our property without having to back in reverse onto Chorro Street. Thank you for your consideration of our concerns. Sincerely, Jonathon Landeck ( Kathryn Mintz
