We also own Rizzoli's Automotive in San Luis Obispo just off Broad Street. From a personal and business aspect our family, our staff and many customers utilize BROAD Street/Highway 227 alot! We are writing in regards to the new Avila Ranch Development on Buckley Road and Vachell Lane, the traffic issues a development that size will create and unresolved traffic issues already facing businesses and residents that live along this corridor to sufficiently review the EIR for this project. We would like to request a 30 day extension to the public comment period in order to 1) allow for the size of the report, and 2) due to the failure of the City to send notice to those who requested it. Notification of this week's hearing was just sent out due to a computer malfunction in your office.
