Subject: REQUEST FOR RECORDS DESTRUCTION
On April 24, 2001, the City Council adopted a Records Retention Policy and
Schedule. In accordance with that policy and schedule, certain records have been
identified as eligible for destruction.
The method of destruction will be by shredding the sealed records. We will begin
destroying the records upon receiving your written authorization below.
Destruction of reports previously ordered by the Courts to be sealed and the purge
dates have now passed.
Please refer to attached spreadsheet for the list of items to be destroyed.
Please sign below indicating your approval for the destruction of the ve listed
records.
