Wrote and distributed release regarding upcoming winter events in San Luis Obispo including GIA and City sponsored events. 2. Coordinated and SLO City portion of press trip for Toronto Sun Managing Editor Kevin Hann. 3. Pitched the Butler Hotel to Men’s Journal for their upcoming story about micro-hotels. 4. Worked with Molly Cano to pitch San Luis Obispo as a feature in the Active Junky video and editorial highlight in partnership with the CCTC and Visit California. 5. Pitched the following ideas to Visit California for their round up of What’s New - spring 2017: a. Embassy Suites b. Thomas Hill c. Giuseppe’s d. Mint + Craft e. Central Coast Brewing Co. 6. Pitched family friendly activities in San Luis Obispo to be featured in the CCTC Black Diamond newsletter which is distributed to travel agents in the UK and Ireland. 7. Began identifying writers to invite to San Luis Obispo for the SLO Film Fest. 8. Worked with Jarnard Sutton of The Nardcast to identify types of content and times of year that would be ideal for his audience. 9. Continued to work with the city, Barnett Cox & Associates and StudioGood on overall tourism marketing campaign including the lodging loyalty program and working with City sponsored events.
