I live in Rolling Hills and frequently use Buckley Road. I'm well aware of the heavy use, the garbage trucks, the 55 mile speed limit, the
blind spots, and the gridlock at Vachell
as well as the gridlock at the Buckley/227 intersection at peak times.
Build the infrastructure first. Then build the projects.
