I have lived in Rolling Hills for the last 40 yrs. We moved here in order to enjoy the country living. I can remember when the
Board of Supervisors would not let anything develop out here for fear it would cause a negative reaction to the airport..... NOW,
you have allowed this area to explode!!!! There are medical buildings, industrial and even a late night beer establishment. I
can watch at night from 4:30 pm on the lines of traffic that go on forever trying to exit San Luis Obispo. I am woken up early in
the morning with the sounds of garbage trucks turning onto 227, planes warming up at 6 am, private jets taking off and landing
at all hours (there use to be rules concerning that), and constant traffic. And now you are considering passing 720 homes!!!!!
There are so many concerns that I am sure you are aware of. It makes me so angry that some people cannot even get a
"granny unit" approved yet others can get large projects passed with ease, there seems to be no consistency between the City
of San Luis Obispo and the County.
I sincerely hope that you listen to the people for once.
