Dear Honorable Commissioners:
Subject: Avila Ranch Development Protect
We are 25+ year residents of Evans Road, one of the Buckley Road neighborhoods which would be unavoidably
impacted by this proposed project. We opposed the project because of the loss of agricultural lands and farmland and
the increase in traffic and use of resources.
We were shocked to hear of the proposal in the beginning and suspicious that the review time started November 23,
the day before Thanksgiving, and continued through the holidays when many people are distracted, spending time
away from home, or with family and friends.
We strongly oppose the proposed Avila Ranch Development Project (Project) and support No Project Alternative. We
support continuation of the existing agricultural uses within the site, and the Project site would remain vacant for the
foreseeable future and no development would occur.
Sincerely,
Pete and Sandy Agalos
