COUNCIL MEETING:
ITEM NO.:
SUBJECT: Council Goal -Setting Workshop Meeting Materials
r,.;8II-I
Subsequent to the distribution of Council Goal Setting materials, errors were identified on two
graphs and one table from the Community Forum Results Summary section of the meeting
materials. The corrections as well as revised graphs and table are included in this memorandum.
All of the information in this section was reviewed again for accuracy. The errors were primarily
in the development of the graphs. All totals (other than the one corrected below) from the dot
exercises for the ideas presented at the Community Forum included in the table on packet pages
277-281 are accurate.
1) Online Dot Exercise Top Ten Ideas Graph (pg. 276)
a) "Safe, reliable drinking water for residents" and "add parking structures downtown" were
added to the graph in the 7th and 81h positions respectively.
b) "New Museum of Arts building" and "Mission Plaza Master Plan" were removed from this
graph and are in the 11th and 12th positions respectively for the online dot exercise.
