COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PLEASE do not allow even ONE historic and beautiful tree on that magnificent property to be removed or moved. You are the
ones who should clearly seethe beauty and the significance to that lovely family neighborhood. San Luis Obispo is already
losing it's small town character at a rapid rate with an over abundance of apartments and out of control student housing.
Enough is enough.
Those trees are also habitat for a myriad of animals as well... raptors, monarch butterflies, and countless others. They are part
of the history and beauty of that neighborhood ... one of the nicest in San Luis Obispo. An unbiased environmental impact
report should be filed before any action is taken on this matter. Were you not to wait for a new and accurate Arborist Report
as well?
Why the rush?
