T_1 'OUNC IL AGENDA REPOUSQ01712017-01-28 nk Correspondence '2017-19 FINANCIAL PLAN CITY COUNCIL CONSOLIDATED MAJOR CITY GOALS The following consolidates the suggestions from the Mayor and Council Members for consideration in the development and prioritization of 2017-19 Major City Goals. They are organized by common topics and in order of magnitude by number of submittals. If two topics have the same number of candidate goals, then the topics are listed in alphabetical order. As several goals were a combination of different topics, we tried to place them in the most logical topic area and reflect 33 total goals. We provided the information formatted as a working document for use during the Council's Goal -Setting Workshop on Saturday, January 28, 2017. The goals submitted for Local Revenue Measure funding are marked. Measure G 'HOUSING & HOMELESSNESS (6 ■ Housing: Implement the Housing Element and LUCE, facilitating all housing options including CAP -related development plans (increased density and near transportation corridors).
