Subject: South Broad safety
I have written before, and I am again requesting that one or more traffic lights are put in place on S. Broad St. between
South St and Orcutt.
I understand that lights are in the 20 year plan .... but do hope that installation predates a fatality.
The city itself has added to traffic and pedestrian woes with the building of Moylan terrace.
