We also own Riz a personal and business aspect our family, our staff and many customers utilize BROAD Street/Highway 227 alot! We are asking you to deny approval of this project unless traffic issues along this corridor are resolved to handle current The new Avila Ranch Development on Buckley Road and Vachell Lane will create heavier and more frequent traffic issues already corridor. Especially along the Broad Street corridor, even now trying to cross Broad Street from our business located on Francis or from ( new signage and striping - motorists often ignore them. Stranding residents at the cross streets for 10 minutes or more waiting for a sal We need a stop light at CRESTMONT @ 227! We need a stop light along Broad Street between South and Orcutt! Please do not consider approval of this project unless the traffic issues are sufficiently resolved!
