Retain golf and triathlon as high range recovery. Based upon the data presented, the inadequate recovery for these programs is due to the lack of use. Reducing recovery to medium serves to elevate the importance of programs that lack public participation. Lowering the expectation of recovery to conform to reality is good for statistics but doesn't serve the City. 2. Support our families and promote the health and safety of our children by reducing Child Care to at least mid-range recovery. The expense of our housing is well known and impacts the funds available to families with young children who are becoming a smaller portion of our neighborhoods. Sun and Fun is truly a youth program: recreational activity, homework time, out of class time with both adults and other children in a range of ages. A significant benefit in preventing latch -key kids going home to wait for adults to return. This is not really an adult program but a youth program. 3. Community gardens can increase by a few bucks.
