Dear members of the Commission,
Item: I
I would like to register my strong dissent for this project in general and I have 2 specific requests;
RECEIVED r
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
JAN 3 0 2017
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
1. This matter should be set aside by you at this time because an acceptable study of the on-site trees (and by extension
wildlife impacts) has not yet been provided to the tree committee or the citizens.
2. The Neg Dec is not acceptable in lieu of an EIR. A traffic study is absolutely necessary on a project that will clearly have huge
parking impacts and generate significant vehicle trips in this neighborhood.
To ignore these issues is not doing justice to City historic and environmental resources. It also opens up the City to litigation.
We need to decide if our government will be responsive to the voices of citizens or only to our corporate citizen$.
