Dear Mila and all the hard working bodies,
I am glad some positive "planning scepticism" is still voiced through Mila. I have participated in our transportation
discussions for most of the 23 years I have been here, and I feel that Mila represents many citizens. These citizens
know how Davis CA, Boulder CO and European small towns approach their mobility differently than we do. The
"Toolbox" for sustainable mobility contains many more tools than we apply here.
With a new Mayor, would it not be time, to make tabula rasa and let some CP Engineering and
Planning students produce city- or countywide system sketches and illustrate them with examples from US, Europe
and beyond? The CP Course CE 527 "Sustainable Mobility" of this Spring might be a possibility, and I consider
suggesting this to the CP lecturer.
Unfortunately due to my family obligations I can not be much involved personally, but we have dynamic young
transportation planners in ITE and APA clubs around.
Thank you for your work

Dear Planning Commission Members -
Thank you for the opportunity to voice opinions about the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for
San Luis Ranch at the last two Planning Commission meetings.
At the last Planning Commission meeting, some of you on the commission were asking very specific
questions of both the developer and City staff. I am hoping that we all receive full, logical, comprehensive
answers for your queries that mirrored mine. At the meeting, I did not hear the responses........
Sincerely,
Mila Vujovich-La Barre
