I went twice once at Noon and then at Two in the afternoon ... in both cases the parking lot chaos was truly LA horrible...I had to circle and circle on both trips ... plus the traffic on foothill..on north Chorro and Broad simply unacceptable. Everyone trying to park was frustrated and in a "LA" state of mind... If the mindset to build more housing to offset commuter traffic results in internal traffic congestion and diminished quality of life for all ... what is the point? The issuance of permits for 22 Chorro is absolutely not what we need. A four story "corridor" of apartments on Foothill is not what we need. To allow building such as 22 Chorro under the "guise" of affordable housing is not what we need..and simply dis n genuine. The beautiful historic house at 71 Palomar should be reserved for generations not moved and compromised by apartments. Both projects suggested by an LA developerjust to make profit that will leave this city is simply wrong...please Just Say NO! Thanks! Best, Stephan Lamb San Luis Obispo
