Dear Mayor Harmon and City Council Members, I am a resident of the Foothill area of San Luis Obispo and am deeply
concerned about this project. I don't see how 22 Chorro, if it goes through, will be in the best interest of our city, or of
the health and safety of residents and businesses near the project site. It is grossly lacking in sufficient parking and puts
further stress on an already heavily impacted intersection. Where will the overflow parking go? Undoubtedly to our
neighborhoods and to both University and Ferrini Squares, all of which are greatly negatively impacted.
Lack of traffic studies, effect of increased traffic, lack of sufficient on site parking, I find unacceptable. There is an
important safety issue here.
Please don't let this project go through as is.
