Subject: Appeal of 22 Chorro Project
Mayor Harmon and Councilmembers:
I urge you to uphold the appeal of the 22 Chorro Project and deny the ARC permit on the grounds of parking impacts
and resultant hazards at one of the busier intersections in the city. I request that this project be returned to the
ARC/Planning Commission where additional measures may be required to address hazardous impacts of parking and
traffic created by this project.
I fully concur with the issues raised by Mr. Ashbaugh and others on this matter.
