Hello -
Thanks you for serving our community. I would beg you to take a second look at 22 Chorro. The location is not right for
such a large development. The intersection is busy and dangerous as it is without adding traffic to it. Have you tried
getting out of the parking lot across the street? The cars coming out of Jamba Juice and Starbucks often must block the
turning lane to get into the right turn lane.
Please do a traffic study for this development. Please save our neighborhood from a development that is not a good fit
for that busy intersection.
