Post on agenda correspondence and send to mayor and council members. Thank you.
Please support the residents' appeal of the 22 Chorro apartment project. The lack of onsite & offsite parking is unfair &
unsafe for tenants as well as neighbors.
That particular area is already over parked and the suggested mitigation of a parking district will merely move the cars
further into the neighborhood compounding the problem. The tenants will own cars, in spite of what the developer &
staff think. If they are using a bike, walking or taking the bus their cars will be parked. The parking reduction is
ridiculous and it is not right to put the renters into a situation that is so unfair and will not provide for their needs.
Further overcrowding will add to the already unsafe traffic conditions at that particular intersection.
Please uphold the well thought out appeal. Thank you.
