I am urging you to not allow this development to go ahead as it has been designed. The lack of set backs,
parking, and the type of housing it contains is completely inconsistent with the neighborhood, and the traffic
patterns in that area. I drive through there every day. The health and safety of your constituents is being
threatened. You need to act now to have this project re-evaluated and downsized to something that fits with the
existing area. Please uphold the values and of our community and this neighborhood and deny this project as it
proposed.
