Ouch -You guys are in a tough spot. Much too late to really join this party, but certainly reinforces my opinion that on -
street parking should generate $ for city on ALL public streets/lots, 24-7. Fees should be adjusted based on address
vehicle is registered at (meaning permanent city/neighborhood residents would pay less than others or have a citywide
permit -essentially doing the same). "Free" parking is a huge part of the problem and never seems to make it into this
type of discussion.
I still believe the election ordinance is of utmost importance.
