Subject: Open Space Study Session 3/21/17 item 17
There is important information missing from the staff study that is necessary for a full assessment of the issues surrounding the
extension of hours for use of our open space.
Statistics showing the locations, time of day, and types of accidents/injuries, lost people along with the public resources involved in
response ( ranger, police, fire, paramedic, helicopter) cost to the City and amount recovered.
Also the locations and types of infractions(off hour use, fires, alcohol, camping, off trail) and time of day.
Thank you for your attention to these concerns.
