Subject: APPEAL 71 PALOMAR
CITY COUNCIL 4/4/17 PLEASE DISTRIBUTE TO CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS AND POST = WITH AGENDA CORRESPONDENCE
The present plans to construct 33 apartment units, perhaps involving =
140-150 occupants, is not a reasonable alteration of the neighborhood = where I have lived for more than 40 years. The
six buildings planned = all look alike and obviously will give the property an unattractive = crowded look. Insufficient
parking is planned, and already the = neighborhood suffers from an acute problem of not having enough parking = for
our current situation.
Traffic will become even more crowded and the neighborhood less = desirable. Our streets are already overcrowded,
dangerous and this = project will make the situation much worse.
Thank you,
John Snetsinger
