Subject: APPEAL 71 PALOMAR
Hello,
My family lives on 704 Mission Street and have a 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. I am writing to appeal this project mainly
because of the lack of planning for parking and street usage. We walk up serrano road almost daily to hike around Madonna with my
kids, and this project will significantly increase traffic on this road. Currently, the Cal Poly apartment complexes by this project do not
increase traffic on Serrano Road because Luneta Road was rightfully blocked from connecting to Palomar/ Serrano. There does not
appear to be any planning to do something similar with this project. Without proper parking spaces and street access planning, I
cannot condone this project. Please kindly look into this since the safety of my kids is a major concern.
Sincerely,
Fred Peemoeller
