Subject: In Support of 71 Palomar
Dear SLO City Council,
I would like to show my support for the proposed project at 71 Palomar in
San Luis Obispo. It is clear we are in need of all types of housing and this
project helps provide that in a sustainable and sensitive way through the
rehabilitation of a local treasure and the expansion of the surrounding
unkept grounds. While our city continues to change and grow, it is
refreshing to see someone take an ailing structure and breathe life into it
while simultaneously provide a solution to our strained housing stock in a
responsible and economically feasible way. This is a thoughtfully
considered project which will benefit our community as a whole and I am
in support of the effort.
