Subject: 4/4/17 Appeal of 71 Palomar
[m-1rem
Thank you for your service to our city and for taking a moment to read my concerns.
Please take a moment to reconsider the denial of the appeal regarding 71 Palomar.
I realize we have a housing crunch in San Luis Obispo and affordable housing should be a priority. However, should it be
at the expense of a community? Changing the complexion of a neighborhood? More cars on the streets that are
already impacted. More people parking where parking is already nonexistent? None of it makes sense.
The times are changing, I get that, but the thought of clearing 55 mature trees in the name of progress is absurd.
If this development progresses as planned it is a sad day for San Luis Obispo and our neighborhood.
Thank you,
Connie Bruton
San Luis Obispo, CA
