As a neighborhood resident, I would like to express my support for the proposed development at 71 Palomar
Drive, a proposal for a multi -family residential project in an R-4 (High Density Residential) Zone.
This site has long been planned for multi -family residential development and the recently adopted LUCE,
which resulted from extensive community input, confirmed that multi -family development is the
appropriate use of the site.
This is the type of development I would like to see in my neighborhood and in my community. I believe that
diversity of housing types is an important component of neighborhood wellness and this project will make a
good contribution.
Staff has conducted a complete and thorough analysis of the project for consistency with the LUCE and all
applicable regulations, plans, and policies. I hope you support their recommendation.
