Subject: Please Deny the Appeal of 71 Palomar
This is a great project that fits a huge need for housing in SLO. We need rental housing - whether for students, families,
or young professionals. This property was already established for multi -family, high density housing by the City and this
project fits that need perfectly.
I realize that the neighbors are upset but their time to speak out against develop of this property was when the the
property was zoned for high density housing. Now is too late.
This is a great project and I urge the Council to Deny the Appeal_
