Subject: 71 Palomar - In Support
I'm writing to express my support for the staff recommendation to deny the latest appeal to the 71 Palomar
project. As discussed at each step of this lengthy process, this development meets all of the city criteria and asks
for no exceptions. I believe it is extremely important to build to the allowable density because of our extreme
need for additional housing in the city.
I have read the staff report prepared in answer to this appeal, and I believe all points have been addressed more
than adequately.
