RE. Requirements for Access to Real Property Owned by the Barasch Family Rev. Trust, udt
within the City of San Luis Obispo, California
Please note that this correspondence is intended to serve asa "Legal Notice" from the owner of the
real property located at:
to the City of San Luis Obispo, (a California Charter City). Henceforth, the City of San Luis
Obispo will be required to provide a minimum of 72 Hours "prior written notice" (excluding
weekend days or legal holidays) for any city staff member to conduct an "on-site inspection" on the
grounds or within the premises of the subject property listed above.
Furthermore, we, the owners of the above referenced real property, must formally consent to any
advanced requests for an "On -Site Inspection" in writing. Once access has been requested by city
personnel and deemed acceptable by us, a "Notarized" consent/authorization letter granting specific
city staff members access to our property will be provided by the property owner.
Please note that any formal consent for access to our property will be in accordance with our Fourth
Amendment Rights as set forth under the United States Constitution in conformance with the most
current State of California "Fair Housing" Laws and Practices defined by both state and local fair
housing enforcement policies and procedures.
Please contact me directly should any City of San Luis Obispo personnel have further questions
