Dear Commissioners: I support the letters of Allan Cooper and Jamie
Lopes regarding the Foster Freeze property. Also, I believe that designing
and building three buildings of indeterminate different architectural styles
is a tricky ploy that should not be exercised in our historic downtown.

Dear Commissioners,
I support Allan Cooper's request that a more comprehensive review is warranted, due to the many Community
Design Guidelines with which this project is inconsistent. This setting is historical and the project will be the
"start" of the downtown. Please note that a lower building height and stepped back third floor would reduce
the over whelming effect on the Jack House property. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jamie Lopes
